Excellent Service provided in a timely manner I brought my Mazda in for a major service and upon arrival I was greeted warmly and offered coffee and baked goods. Sean the service rep was easy going and friendly Clearly explained the difference between a major and minor service and exactly what they would be doing to the vehicle that day. I was given an approximate time of 3 hours for full service to be completed but they were super efficient and the car was ready in half the time! I also recieved a complimentary wash and vacuum which was a nice bonus. As well they provided a free shuttle to any location near the dealership which was excellent because it allowed me to run some errands instead of just sitting there and waiting. Overall I have received great service all 3 times I’ve been in there Thank you More

Our fortune turned out to be meeting Donald Li when we arrived. He was pleasant and courteous, knowledgeable and upfront. He didn’t demonstrate any of the negative “industry stereotypes” that we had experienced elsewhere and on the contrary was what I would hope for but not necessarily expect when navigating the car buying process. He was the difference maker for me and earned my trust. We proceeded to meet Fiona and within 2 days had completed the purchase of our new car. Overall was entirely pleased. No bait and switch, no difficult negotiating, just plain upfront discussion and customer service like you would ask for. We love our new MAZDA3 Sport GT Premium and appreciate the Signature MAZDA experience! More

During service they found the left axle boot needed replacement upon further inspection the Corinne Stadel went above all expected service standers. Corinne had provided me a service car and called me to keep the car over night. that evening I ended up in the hospital. in the morning I called Corinne and told her what happened and I would bring the car back. She would not let do it, she made arrangement to have service man to bring my car back and pick up their car, this kind of service is rare please pass this on to her supervisor. More

First Car Buying Experience I shopped around at different Mazda dealerships and Signature Mazda offered to match any price any other dealership gave me, plus extra money off. The salesperson Dominic was great, he answered all questions I had and made himself available to me even on his day off. The only negative I would say was I felt very pressured by the financial advisor to purchase the extended warranty. I said no twice, but he really just wasn’t taking that as an answer, so I ended up being talked into it because I felt like he wouldn’t let me leave without it. More
