Very good I had been booked for a short oil change service, etc, but the service advisor said that since I was close to 48,000 km, we should try to do a full se I had been booked for a short oil change service, etc, but the service advisor said that since I was close to 48,000 km, we should try to do a full service. I asked about the time it would take and he said it would be completed by a certain time and my vehicle was actually finished a whole hour earlier than projected! This was marvellous as I had time constraints that day. Also, I just want to mention that I am pleased to see that you have an older female service advisor in that department. More

Straightened things out. My service account said I only had 1 year of free service but when I initialled leases the car, was suppose to be 2 years, I showed him the msgs and h My service account said I only had 1 year of free service but when I initialled leases the car, was suppose to be 2 years, I showed him the msgs and he fixed it, I had also paid for 1 service due to previous service advisor not caring about my complaint. He credited my account for 1 minor service More
My recent service They had my go ahead to replace a component as part of my regular maintenance. They checked and said it did not need to be replaced yet. In a world in which so many over charge and provide poor service it is a relief and pleasure to have a fair and reliable place to take my car. More
