As always, the service staff (I worked most with Sean Lal) were courteous, professional, knowledgeable, prompt, and personable. Explanations about the work to be done was fulsome; questions were answered openly and (as far as I could tell) honestly. I felt I received good advice without pressure to agree. I know there are some places with lower labour costs but I always feel I get good value for my money at Signature Mazda. More

Hot drinks and baked goods were provided and because the service rep listed me as waiting, they put more people on to complete the service in just over half the quoted time. TL;DR: Brought car in for routine service. Expected to wait 4hrs. Was out in 2.5. More

Great Experience - Knowledgeable and Trustworthy Employees I recently had an opportunity to attend Signature MAZDA at the Richmond automall with my wife as we were looking for a new vehicle. Our fortune turned I recently had an opportunity to attend Signature MAZDA at the Richmond automall with my wife as we were looking for a new vehicle. Our fortune turned out to be meeting Donald Li when we arrived. He was pleasant and courteous, knowledgeable and upfront. He didn’t demonstrate any of the negative “industry stereotypes” that we had experienced elsewhere and on the contrary was what I would hope for but not necessarily expect when navigating the car buying process. He was the difference maker for me and earned my trust. We proceeded to meet Fiona and within 2 days had completed the purchase of our new car. Overall was entirely pleased. No bait and switch, no difficult negotiating, just plain upfront discussion and customer service like you would ask for. We love our new MAZDA3 Sport GT Premium and appreciate the Signature MAZDA experience! More
Excellent Service provided in a timely manner I brought my Mazda in for a major service and upon arrival I was greeted warmly and offered coffee and baked goods. Sean the service rep was easy going and friendly Clearly explained the difference between a major and minor service and exactly what they would be doing to the vehicle that day. I was given an approximate time of 3 hours for full service to be completed but they were super efficient and the car was ready in half the time! I also recieved a complimentary wash and vacuum which was a nice bonus. As well they provided a free shuttle to any location near the dealership which was excellent because it allowed me to run some errands instead of just sitting there and waiting. Overall I have received great service all 3 times I’ve been in there Thank you More
