They allowed me to test drive multiple vehicles and ans I had an excellent experience working with Danny and Dominic while looking for my new vehicle. They allowed me to test drive multiple vehicles and answered all my emails quickly and knowledgeably. Once I made the decision, they helped every step of the way with financing, insurance, a lesson on all the cars features, it was great. Highly recommend! More

I was expecting an average service while walking into the dealership. However, Lucy promptly greeted me with the highest level of professionalism. From the beginning to the end, the experience was amazing! Lucy and her co-workers Alice, Fiona and Joyce did everything to make sure I get the best of my car. Lucy first took me to try out the car I was interested in. Right after she answered all my questions about the car including car specs (Her knowledge is very impressive). Since I didn't have my car anymore due to car crush, she offered me a courtesy car from the Dealership. Also, I came to the Dealership quite late that day, and Lucy and her co-workers Alice, Joyce and Fiona stayed late just to make sure I got everything I wanted. The next day my brand new Mazda 3 was ready for me to pick up. Lucy, Alice, Fiona and Joyce promptly contacted me with the great news. When I came in, I was again very warm welcomed. After all the documentations were signed. Lucy took care of mounting car plates. Fiona and Joyce helped me with all my insurance problems by taking the responsibility on them to solve my insurance for previous car that got written off. Right before I left the dealership, Lucy once reviewed all the new features I was getting with the car. The experience of this car purchase is totally amazing and I think that the service provided by Lucy, Alice, Joyce and Fiona should be the the highest standard in the industry. They actually care about what I wanted and needed instead of theirown benefits. Next time I'm getting a new car, would definitely come back to them. More

Nav pack problem I had a problem with my GPS not reading there was a card present. It turns out that somehow the card was in the wrong way around. Fortunately there was no damage done. The technician made sure of this. Sean was very methodical, and polite in explaining the problem and solution, offering a coffee and baked treats while I waited.
