I recently came in for a full service on my 2020 Mazda CX-5. 3 weeks later my oil light came on while I was away on a road trip. It took almost a litre of oil, even though the file said 5 litres had been CX-5. 3 weeks later my oil light came on while I was away on a road trip. Corinne went out of her way to express her apologizes and thought perhaps it was the new equipment that wasn't calibrated properly in the service bay. I was offered my next minor service be covered for my inconvenience. I'm satisfied with the service I received. More
