Went in to check on my alarm going off randomly. Didn't really get much back other than needing a trunk part change. So I was charged with $500 after tax for diagnostics. Then they rushed to put my car back together because they didn't know I was coming to pick it up, but I called earlier to tell them I was going to pick it up. As they were rushing the crushed the inside part of my trunk and now I need to get a new piece replaced. I hope I'm not paying for it because that was a never a problem when I went in for my car inspection. More

What I like about Signature Mazda is that they actually follow the service plan, their technicians actually inspect parts - even if disassembly is required (unlike others that just look at it) and they tre follow the service plan, their technicians actually inspect parts - even if disassembly is required (unlike others that just look at it) and they treat me with respect keep open and clear communication throughout the process. Lending a car while mine goes through a longer service is also a very nice touch. More
