I am sorry you feel this way. We were waiting to see if you wanted to finance and if 0% was important to you. I am not here to instigate or create more tension. I am here to see what else I can do for you. It is clear we dropped the ball, If you have not bought yet as it look like all this transactions occurred today and it lead to a halt in communication for us not providing you options around noon. If you had put the same time and energy into trying to sell me a car as you are trying to avoid a bad review, you would have probably had a deal by now. I am sorry it has turned out this way but I have already given Sherwood Hyundai a second chance after the Krystal fiasco. The gentlemen/dealership I am currently dealing with has gone above and beyond and deserves my business. I wanted to keep my business in Sherwood Park, but as stated in my first email we always go with the person/dealership we are most comfortable with.
