Saw a vehicle online so called them up and they said sure they can make that vehicle work for me. Once I got there they said sorry that one is too old and won't work with my payments but they have another on they can make that vehicle work for me. (Sounds like bait and switch) They found another vehicle that I decided to finance. It was late so they said they would contact me at work the next day and tell me how it's going. They called and said the sale is between one of 2 vehicles. I asked them if the one I looked at the previous night was one of the vehicles and they said yes. Then the finance person called me and said he got me financing but he was going to check a few other places for better financing. I asked if that was going to affect my credit score and he said no I would only take a hit for the dealership and the first credit check. I got home that night and checked Equifax and I had 6 credit hits that affect my score. When I got to the dealer after work they said I just had to sign a couple papers and I'm good to go. That's when I found out that they put me into a car. I had originally told them that I did NOT want any cars and that would be a deal breaker. I asked what happened to the one I looked at the night before and they said they couldn't get the financing I wanted. (They could have told me over the phone in one of the previous calls that day). They eventually found a vehicle that I could live with and I had made sure it had 2 keys. The salesperson said it did and showed them to me. Before picking it up they had to replace the windshield which took a couple weeks. When I went to pick it up there was only 1 key. I wanted to talk to the original salesperson but he no longer worked there. Anyway it took 3 visits and 6 phone calls and 2 full months before I finally got a second key from them. (they kept saying we'll call you in a couple days or we sent the info to our sales manager upstairs and he'll call you as soon as he's in. He never called of course). I just took it in for a service appointment and told them that it also is making a lot of banging whenever I hit a bump on the right rear and that I looked underneath and see that the shock is leaking. (I have a lot of mechanical experience). She said the technician will do the 21 point inspection and if there's a problem they would let me know. I asked if the service would cost me anything since the vehicle is under warranty and she said almost 400. I said no just do the inspection then and I'll fix any issues myself. Well the inspection report came back with no issues and no suspension leaks. She then said that if I find an issue then I can pay for the service and then they'll check it out. This was the last straw. I wasn't going to bother writing a review and just chalk everything up to typical car dealerships but I should not have to pay the dealership to inspect an issue on my vehicle that's under warranty. More
This guy named "Brad Slywka" - apparently he is the sales manager! I'm a business professional and in my entire life nobody spoken to me in that tone. He was full of attitude and showed a disrespect towards manager! I'm a business professional and in my entire life nobody spoken to me in that tone. He was full of attitude and showed a disrespect towards us. He think his time is more important than the customers. (Rude, disrespectful). He keeps changing his statement every time we spoke to him. Used "discount" word multiple times in his statements for the service we refused to take. Never ever recommend this place to anyone and I will makesure that everybody hear about it from me. More

The Service Dept. at this dealerahip is a joke and so are the advisors. Not only do they have an attitude when trying to speak to them about an issue, but when you tr at this dealerahip is a joke and so are the advisors. Not only do they have an attitude when trying to speak to them about an issue, but when you try to speak to a Manager (Serivce or Sales or GM) they're not available but suggest coming back Monday mid day when they'll have time for us - this baffles me. My time is obviously not important to these folks. Also I find the advisors don't actually care, they're there to collect a pay cheque, not to go above and beyond with solutions for what will likely be a third transmission replacement in 7 years. We have left over 7 messages over this week alone, with zero return phone calls. We finally got sick of trying to reach out via phone so we drove in to speak to someone in person. Upon driving into the breezeway, the male advisor was leaning back in his chair with legs kicked out and resting on what looked to be a drawer or cabinet of some sort next to his work station. I had to initiated a conversation before he even greeted us. Please note, this isn't just frustration from this one occurrence. Every time we try to give our business to this Dealership, it's like pulling teeth to get what we need and to be treated respectfully. I'm in this industry and I would be appalled if this was the type of company I worked for. Point blank. This Dealership will never get another dime from me or my husband. I will also do everything in my power to spread my disdain for this company via Social Media platforms and word of mouth. Side note: 1 Star was being generous. If 0 stars had been an option, I would have selected that. More

From a recent visit Tony was aware of my interest and when a Santa Cruz unexpectedly became available (and in the colour we were looking for!) he gave me a quick call. Tony worked hard to get me the best value for my trade and facilitated an accessory purchase as well. Keven presented the final numbers and saved us an extra trip to a registry office. Kudos to this Hyundai team for making my purchase as seamless as possible. More
