Buying a car inter-provincially in Canada is complex and full of surprises. You really need to do strong due diligence. This is where my incredibly competent salesperson comes in, Dalia Kamaleddine. She was outstanding from start to finish. She was able to find critically important information that would normally not be available. She was highly motivated to sell me the vehicle, but always with my best interests in mind. When the sale occurred, the car needed to be hauled back to Quebec and Dalia was on top of every detail. She is an exemplary and trustworthy person, the best I’ve seen in my car purchasing history covering over 30 cars. More

This dealership has given my dream vehicle and the sales person Garry was understanding and gave me what I wanted in my vehicle. He was polite and respectful to my choices and did not pressure me at all. I person Garry was understanding and gave me what I wanted in my vehicle. If I could give 1/4 of a star I would. Salesman was helpful until it came to price. Yup that’s it. Shows that a car exactly like I wanted was going to be here by month end. Shows me deal Salesman was helpful until it came to price. Yup that’s it. Shows that a car exactly like I wanted was going to be here by month end. Shows me deal he made with another customer that the customer backed out of so the car I wanted was available. Hyundai MRSP is $37K. Tried negotiating a little on price but found they weren’t going below MRSP. Salesman takes my offer to the sales manger and comes back with note from sales manager that the price is $44,000 and there will be no negotiating. Salesman says if I accept MRSP he thinks I can get the deal. I asked him how he thinks he can do that when his boss tells him the price is now $7,000 higher than Hyundai’s MRSP. So we chat a little more, then sales guy tells me he was mistakenly quoting me the wrong trim package even tho he had the correct serial number and the sheet taped to the door showing incoming stock showed correct model and trim package and was the same serial number sales guy had on his work sheet. So in a blink price jumps $7,000. You don’t have to jump into the back seat to get screwed - just walk into this store - and you’re sure to get screwed. More
Buyer beware! Purchasing the vehicle was pleasant and thought we were set until a light came on when as we drove it home. I contacted the dealership immediately Purchasing the vehicle was pleasant and thought we were set until a light came on when as we drove it home. I contacted the dealership immediately who assured me they would look after this first thing the next day. Unfortunately this was not the case. I was assured someone would get back to me the next morning. Nothing. Left a message nothing. Finally late in the day after texting my sales guy we got it towed. Again silence until I once again reached out and several days later was advised I was getting my money back (over $15, 000 paid cash). They were in no rush to call me or return my money. Took me over a week after this to get my refund. They, for whatever reason would not refund the portion I paid on my credit card. But, it does not end there. We had driven the car home so my license plate was on the vehicle. This was to be returned with my refund. It was not. When I inquired. No response. Finally several days later I was advised they can't find it anywhere. When questioned why I have had to initiate every piece of communication I was given excuses~ they were too busy, short staffed, on an on. Funny thing is when I was looking to buy the vehicle Brad had all the time in the world to call and bug me if I had made a decision. My sales person Zack did what he could to assist even trying to get someone to call me. It was pretty sad honestly. This was not his job. All these folks want is your money. They do not respond to calls, emails, texts. More
Great service provided by my Advisor, Chelsey. My Santa Fe was repaired by the time I required it. Good follow up by Chelsey to ensure everything was ok with the repairs performed on my vehicle. Hi, on Thursday morning Jan 13th I left a $500 deposit on a vehicle listed on your website, a salesperson got in contact with me pretty quickly after and said he would look after the details. I didn’t hear m a vehicle listed on your website, a salesperson got in contact with me pretty quickly after and said he would look after the details. I didn’t hear much back except for the exchanging of my trade in details. On friday the 14th I left a couple of website correspondences, I left the sales person 2 emails and I left a message on his voicemail. After receiving no replies I came in after work that evening. I was informed that the car is in great demand and not available. (This means that a deposit should not be able to be left on a vehicle listed on your website just FYI). The salesperson told me that he would have finance look at getting me the money on Saturday but that it would take 2 business days to get it back to me due to banking. I’m unsure how this is still a thing as you can take my money in seconds in this land of electronic money transfers, but it’ll take 2-3 business days to return so I went with that. It is now Thursday, it has been 6 days since I have requested my MY money back and 4 business days. Im unsure what the hold up is. As an addendum, I also saw a new vehicle listed on your website Saturday the 15th, inquired about it, received a phone call the next day as to its availability saying pretty much that you aren’t sure. And that I would receive a phone call later that day or on Monday, I later had to call late into Monday to find out that it wasn’t available. Every other dealership that I have dealt with has been prompt with service, very prompt actually. You guys seem to be in a bit of chaos. If I could leave any advice, don’t list vehicles on your website that aren’t available and definitely don’t accept deposits on them as you seem unable to return the customers money. More
give a zero if I could. You guys have done nothing but screw my sister around to fix her BRAND new car since July. Second time now she's been booked for the repairs and oh shock shock surprise surprise yo screw my sister around to fix her BRAND new car since July. Second time now she's been booked for the repairs and oh shock shock surprise surprise you can't fix it yet again. Oh but while popping out a dent you break her light and glue it back together for now because oh look you can't fix that properly now either. Twice you people have left her stranded without a vehicle and her three freaking kids. Wasting her gas going back and forth. You guys are the biggest joke of a dealership I have ever seen. I'll be making sure not to refer you to anyone and everyone I know will know the xx you all pull. Such a bloody joke! More
