Here it is again… Extremely disappointed in our last visit to Sherwood Dodge. After having purchased 8 vehicles from the week after Scott and Sherwood Dodge opened their doors, the lack of support from the Sales Manager and lack of knowledge from the Sales Rep has resulted in us going to another dealership for a vehicle. The direct misleading on car pages is not conducive to return customer relations. While we would like to continue to support local, it is not possible to view Sherwood Dodge as a community mined business. Remember Scott, when you said you were closed Sundays because you were “family oriented”. ??? And you still have Keith Bedard listed as an employee in 2023??? Time for an update or exit from this website. More

Sam went above and beyond when i returned 1 day later after purchasing my f150 with tranny issues , Sam was on the ball he rolled out the red carpet for me got my truck in the shop to have it looked after and he also bought me breakfest while i waited for him to find me a loaner vehicle. I loved the service that was provided and neither one of them made me feel like i didnt know what i was talking about like House of Cars did and Go Auto manager and sales manager was actually laughing at me as i was walking out and because of the lack of service from those other 2 business i will make sure that i return to see Sam & Cassidee in the future.. To make a long story short , my DEF froze , they put my truck inside on the 23 of December to warm it up . Stayed in a motel by myself over Christmas . Received no call on the 27 . I have bought 2 vehicles here with the standard sales approach. However now they call constantly trying to sell me another one!! My Jeep is only 2021, yet the constant phones calls.
