I had some engine noise in my Jeep so I took it into Sherwood Dodge. I know nothing about vehicles so I am always apprehensive when taking my vehicle in. After having purchased 8 vehicles from the week after Scott and Sherwood Dodge opened their doors, the lack of support from the Sales Manager and lack of knowledge from the Sales Rep has resulted in us going to another dealership for a vehicle. The direct misleading on car pages is not conducive to return customer relations. While we would like to continue to support local, it is not possible to view Sherwood Dodge as a community mined business.
