I thought I was stuck in this deal because of all the negative equity in my truck because I unknowingly overpaid by THOUSANDS, but Sherwood Dodge (Ron Blonar and the Finance Team) somehow pulled off a miracle deal and got me into a better financial position, as well as a brand new truck. If you don't think there's a chance to get a new vehicle, I strongly recommend giving Ron a call to see what he can do for you. So far he has come through for me and my family and they have proven the customer comes first! More

Horrible. I received a bill for $90 with zero service done to my vehicle, they told me nothing was wrong except I've seen it happen many times, I had to pay the I received a bill for $90 with zero service done to my vehicle, they told me nothing was wrong except I've seen it happen many times, I had to pay the 90 to get my car back even though they had done nothing to my vehicle, they didn't offer to do anything further to find out the problem either. I would not recommend this dealership. There's many times ive been there and the Staff are rude a lot of friends & family have shared the same opinion also. More

Visited re Classic cars Visited to see the classic cars inventory. Wandered thru the showroom for about 15 min. Best dealership I've been to so far! I have been to many dealerships in my life and let me tell you, the experience I had at Sherwood Dodge so far has been the best! We had the pleasure of meeting Mark McGuire and having him as my sales consultant. Mark started my experience by just handing me the keys to let me go on a test drive right away by myself. No questions asked. It's not something that The other Dodge Dealerships or Norden Volkswagen had ever offered. Normally it's "I need a copy of your drivers licence and I will show you what route to take on your test drive while I accompany you in the back and talk to you about the car and try my sales pitch on you while you drive." You never really get to know the car you're driving because you are so busy trying to listen to the sales person. When we came back, he didn't immediately sit down and try to throw numbers at me. We actually chatted about what I liked and disliked. If I was happy with the options or if I was maybe looking for a different vehicle. The negotiation went well I felt that I got the car at a fair price. Not at any time during the negotiation did he try belittle or disrespect me, like the sales agents at the Dodge Dealerships on 66th street in Edmonton or the Nordic Volkswagen Dealership in West Edmonton. When we were done with the negotiation and the papers were signed, Mark still treated us like human beings. He was kind the whole we were at the dealership. When I came back to pick up my car a couple days later HE WAS STILL KIND! Mark showed me some features of the car and came through with everything he promised he would. We went to his office and sat down for a few minutes and I told him I was waiting for him to disappoint me like the other Dealerships had. He said to me that he was not going to disappoint me. He said he believed in good customer service and in retaining his clients. Excellent customer service. I would recommend Mark at absolutely anytime. Thank you Mark for such a wonderful experience. High pressure managers I spent 2 days in negotiations to purchase a vehicle. I went in with specific needs and had done my research. The salesman (Rod) was excellent however when it came to speaking with the managers with final numbers, I felt I was being taken advantage of. I did not appreciate the way I was spoken to. I did not appreciate the way that the manager (Rob) just stood up and left in the middle of discussions. I would recommend to people to do their research before going in to Sherwood Dodge so you know what you're getting in to. More
