Could Not Be Happier Was looking to get out of my current vehicle into something with lower payments and/or interest. Thought we'd give Sherwood Dodge a try as my husband had called and told the sales guy what a horrible experience we had had at previous dealerships. Nicholas made us feel completely at ease. We didn't want to "waste" a lot of time sitting at the dealership as we live an hour out of town. We wanted to come in, sign the paperwork and drive away in a new vehicle. When he asked what we were looking for, we had only a few items that he had to meet - 4x4, back seat and cargo space, and tinting. Very easy going. Didn't matter the make or model of the vehicle. Be honest with us and don't run us around and you will get the sale. He came back with a 2016 Jeep Patriot. I fell in love. We spent maybe a total of 4 hour in the dealership between 3 days, as opposed to the 6 in one day that my husband spent at a different dealership. I don't think I've ever been so happy with a new vehicle purchase. The financing department was awesome. Very friendly, made me feel like I mattered, and I wasn't just a commision for someone. Even while we were sitting in the lounge (which was beyond my expectations) we had other sales people come up and start chatting with us. We will definitely be back, and we will definitely be telling everyone we know that this is the place to go! Thank you to the team for helping us out! More

No high-pressure sales at this dealership they trust the customer and show utmost respect to customers and colleagues.
