Came in to get my tires changed over for my 11:30 am appointment. Just before 1pm, I asked about my can and the lady says it could take up to an hour and half. After and hour and have she comes in and I appointment. Just before 1pm, I asked about my can and the lady says it could take up to an hour and half. After and hour and have she comes in and I asking where it is again and then goes on to say it could take an hour and half to 2 hours. One lie after another. I am furious and asked why the lies tell the truth. I have never waited over an hour and half for tire changeover in my life. The she says she will get the service manager for me, I follow her to the counter and ask the guy who is the service manager and could I speak to him the the lady comes over with the service managers card and says she is not in on Saturdays, another lie! 2 hours later and finally gets my car back. Very poor customer service! More

Have been taking my truck, Silverado 1500, to the quick lube drive through since I purchased it new from this dealership in Feb 2021. I put on a lot of miles with work and am a frequent user of their quick lube drive through since I purchased it new from this dealership in Feb 2021. I put on a lot of miles with work and am a frequent user of their quick lube service. Every time I am met with friendly, courteous staff, prompt and through service, and am on my way. Great group of people there and April does a fantastic job of managing the drive through. Recommend to anyone looking for a quick oil change! More

i shall not be giving anymore of my cash to these people anymore, I feel as though i'm a second rate customer. i purchased a $60,000 truck and once they squeeze as much money out of you with services and fl anymore, I feel as though i'm a second rate customer. i purchased a $60,000 truck and once they squeeze as much money out of you with services and flushes and such, they lose interest in helping. Issues get shrugged off and calls not returned. I will only be going back for my oil changes for life that i've already paid for. More

The absolute WORST dealership in Sherwood Park. Their service department is absolutely terrible. We have blatently caught them trying to take advantage of me as a women (husband went in and got a c Their service department is absolutely terrible. We have blatently caught them trying to take advantage of me as a women (husband went in and got a completely different recommendation than I was given). Took our vehicle in to the service department for a check engine light. Vehicle was only 9 years old with 130000km, has had all its maintenance and no accidents. After spending $1000 on repairs that did not fix the issue they just expect us to spend another $2700 on repairs that they THINK will fix it. We were expected to pay for their incompetence. I will never be back or reccomend this dealership to ANYONE I know. More
