Being an older woman and having vehicle issues with it starting, extreme cold weather, and needing a reliable car for family reasons. Darren Bannink was helpful with trying some things, but when that did starting, extreme cold weather, and needing a reliable car for family reasons. Jennifer and Shawna helped address my concerns regarding our truck during the warranty installation of a heated steering wheel. The original work was done well and I was happy with the service. Went in for some mileage flushes, alignment and tire swap. Faith, who had her first day of work that day, got me all checked in and kept up with notifications through the day on the status. Everything seems to have been done on the vehicle as well as a minor repair and a rock chip repair in the windshield so now I don't have to go hunting for someplace different to do that. More
