Being an older woman and having vehicle issues with it starting, extreme cold weather, and needing a reliable car for family reasons. Darren Bannink was helpful with trying some things, but when that did starting, extreme cold weather, and needing a reliable car for family reasons. Dark essential was added into truck and the service department was terrible at communicating to me how long it would take. Then they couldn’t decide if this was a service call or a sales issue. 5 hours department was terrible at communicating to me how long it would take.
