Jennifer and Shawna helped address my concerns regarding our truck during the warranty installation of a heated steering wheel. The original work was done well and I was happy with the service. Went in for some mileage flushes, alignment and tire swap. Faith, who had her first day of work that day, got me all checked in and kept up with notifications through the day on the status. Use to have top notch customer service, my last 2 Oil Changes/Service did not go well, Staff attitude was very poor, cold and short with me.
