I bought my suv from them almost 6 months ago. The vehicle was to have a set of tires, remote repaired for command start, and a second fob made as it only had one working. I spent weeks going back The vehicle was to have a set of tires, remote repaired for command start, and a second fob made as it only had one working. I spent weeks going back and forth in a rental. They changed the tires failing to give me the lock nut, or to even torque them, they gave me one bolt for my license plate when I contacted the dealership about the lock nut the response I got was oh well you can order one, I am going through cancer treatments and this is how they have handled everything. I took the vehicle back a week later as it was still squealing in reverse to be told its just sand in the tire. The vehicles brakes and rotors were so thin it shouldn't have passed inspection! The vehicles been back 3 times the last time I went to get it I had to wait an hour because they forgot to call me to let me know any update. It was so dirty it looked like it was outside for weeks and the best part still no working key or remote start and they left the glove box torn apart on the floor. If you want the most stressful buying experience I'd highly recommend here. If you want honesty and customer loyalty this is not the place to go. More

Incredibly frustrating, disorganized, and even unknowledgeable. Placed a deposit, the dealership lost track of it. I had to re-send the dealer proof and they lost track of it again. I attended dealership and asked if they had one in the lot as I heard it came in 3 weeks earlier and the salesperson continually said "Take a seat, let's talk" when I clearly said I had 5 minutes to spare and I was prepared to buy a vehicle that day if they had one on site. He would not listen, just kept saying, "take a seat." (Really?) I walked out frustrated. I emailed the dealer and the Internet sales person then advised they would contact us when one came in, (he had no knowledge of deposit either.) He then advised it would be subject to a $4,500 luxury tax. We went back and forth until they admitted they were wrong about the luxury tax, making me wonder if others who purchased the vehicle were charged that tax. I went to another dealer and bought the vehicle I wanted. Perfectly seamless at the other dealer. Knowledgable, friendly. Also, privacy concerns: An earlier sales person who left somehow had access to my personal information and took that my personal information with them and that person then contacted me when they started selling Ford vehicles down the road, asking me if I wanted to buy a Ford instead of a Chev. How is my personal information not locked down? How do I get my deposit back? More
