Book an appointment for an oil change. Was early , but the person whose appointment was after mine was looked after first. Sat for 3 1/2hrs for an oil change. Nothing wrong with the vehicle just a dishonest dealership trying to take advantage of a woman and rip her off. Will never step foot in this dealership again. They are dirty and disgusting. I traded in my 2015 scion frs for a 2019 Nissan 370z. Love the car but not happy with how they handled the situation. When I picked up the car the keyless entry didn’t work. We all thought a dead battery in the fob would be the fix. Wrong. They sent me over to Sherwood Nissan to get them to fix it and that Sherwood Honda would front the bill. After I received the final bill with was 716$ they told me they were only going to pay 400. When I spoke to the sales manager about the situation it seemed like he didn’t car cuz I was still able to drive the car with removing the key and inserting it into the door the unlock the car and insert to fob into the fobussy, his words “ I don’t see the big problem you can still get into the car and drive it right “. On the bill of sale states “ keyless entry “. I would like the remaining amount as it put myself into a situation with my family having to borrow money. When I drove the car away I had 76km to empty. Had to immediately go get gas. The next day my window washer fluid was also empty. Do they even care about customer service. With my experience I don’t think they care at all. They just want to take the car and shut up.. Ps, my friend bought a Subaru STI from them and the engine blew up a month later screwing him over. DONT BUY CARS FROM HERE More
This is the 4th new vehicle we purchased from Sherwood Honda. The first 3 purchase experiences were good, that is why we kept coming back. The service was also satisfactory. The latest purchase and service experience was a sad departure from the first 3. The sales process was high pressure and confusing, and the service department's integrity with respect to our trade in was questionable. In discussing our concerns with management staff, we received nothing but condesending platitudes and no assistance what so ever. In my opinion, Sherwood Honda, which used to be a good place to do business, has turned into a dealership rife with high pressure tactics, questionable integrity and lack of customer service. How sad, and so very disappointing. Be very cautious in any dealings with Sherwood Honda. More
I was looking at a used truck, they had an inspection done in their shop. It had a bunch of repairs needed. But it said the tires were good. Looking at the all wheel drive truck and the tires didn't eve done in their shop. It had a bunch of repairs needed. But it said the tires were good. Looking at the all wheel drive truck and the tires didn't even match and the tires showed a bunch of cracks on the bottom where the tires were compressed. I left disappointed that they would hide and lie about something important as the tires. More
Worst dealership and a terrible reflection on Honda's brand. Sherwood Honda snuck in a bunch of overpriced extra charges and didn't break it down in the contract -- we didn't realize until afterward. Stupid us, we signed the deal before going over EVERY line even though we told them verbally we didn't want any of their "extras." I wish I had listened to other people and gone to Wheaton Honda, which has a way better reputation. Hope this helps prevent other people from a similar and terrible experience. STAY AWAY FROM SHERWOOD HONDA. I wonder if the positive reviews are written by staff. More

Was a good experience all around and car worked great. 7 months later, the ac condenser tube was struck by a rock on the highway (go figure, gravel on the roads in Alberta). The service person, Bernard, informed me they would have to replace the whole thing, but it wasn't covered under the extensive warranty they assured me would handle all replacement parts and work for the next 8 years. Wanted $2000 plus another 90 to put a deflector plate in place... why wasn't there already something protecting the critical components under the hood? More
In March, My daughter took her 2021 Honda civic into Sherwood Honda for a routine oil change. They also a nail in her tire. They then took her car for a ride and smashed it into a tree. We are not even sure why the car left the lot to begin with. There was over 12 thousand dollars in damage. At first, they told us her insurance pays for it. Wrong. When our insurance did the investigation, they indicated that it wasn’t their issue. So, they agreed to fix it. I will add at this point the only people that spoke to us were the service manager and the person that booked her car. Our concern was the value of the car now that it had an accident on it. When we brought that up and suggested we meet with the general manager he would not meet us. We left several voicemails and requested through the service manager. He did not return any calls and would not meet us. He hid behind the service manager and let him do his dirty work. Not only did they smash the car, but they did also not do a police report or call my daughter to tell her. She found out when she went to pick the car up. They ended up spending the cost of the repairs and a rental vehicle for almost 3 months. (over $5000.00) but will not compensate her or the lost trade in value. They said that when she trades it in, they will not consider the accident report in the trade value. The question is, why would she want to trade it in at this place. They will not get ours, or anyone we knows business. The service manager was very good. Unfortunately, he had to follow what the Manager said. Quinn, the General Manager and, I believe, part owner is a horrible businessman. He should have dealt with us, not the service manager, who had no authority to approve anything without talking to Quinn. In the 3 months it took them to fix it, we have not seen or heard from Quinn. Do not recommend this Honda location or any others that they may own. I would give them negative stars if I could. More
