Before booking my car (3. 5l Honda engine) in I called 2 times to confirm the price for a "Timing belt kit" as suggested by the service tech $1350 (even confirmed each part tha 5l Honda engine) in I called 2 times to confirm the price for a "Timing belt kit" as suggested by the service tech $1350 (even confirmed each part that they would be replacing with the kit). Turns out they are Selling you a False Sense of Security, they are not replacing all of your timing belt components just parts they think may fail. I received an electronic quote after getting my car in and the service tech Tyler was pressuring me to sign the quote, the quote now for the timing belt kit was $1690. But wait, the tech now says the water pump does not need to be done so the price now is $2,005.28. Even after not replacing parts price goes up??? I booked my vehicle in a week and a half previous they said oh ya, we don't have parts in stock your car will have to stay. I went and picked up my car, had to pay $190 to get it out. Called service manager Darin De Prato to seek a resolution as I still needed my car repaired, he was going to look into it and give me an all in price to complete the work. Its been 6 days now, no call back. Apparently not everyone is a valued customer. More

Purchased a used vehicle that ended up having major problems. Sales worked with me and after repeated attempts to repair this car they helped me purchase a beautiful new Honda CRV. When they started as family business entire Sherwood Park community came and helped them. They were excellent. Now I see terrible attitudes.
