Exceptional service. I dropped the truck off with the expectations of waiting for the return of the truck to take a week but was pleasantly surprised when I was called the next day to inform me it was re expectations of waiting for the return of the truck to take a week but was pleasantly surprised when I was called the next day to inform me it was ready. Stephanie was very pleasant to deal with and extremely quick to react to my needs for a fast turn around for my truck as I needed it back to work as soon as possible. While she was taking care of me another service adviser next to her was also helping by filling my washer fluid container. When it was all complete I decided to have the battery changed out so the tech that did my transmission came right into the drive through and did a load test on the battery and then changed it out on the spot all the while giving me a detailed explanation of what went wrong with the transmission as I questioned him. I had very poor experiences with CMP Chevy and decided to switch where I get my truck serviced. Shaw GMC was excellent, and there is no question that I will be coming back to Shaw GMC for future service. I w switch where I get my truck serviced. Shaw GMC was excellent, and there is no question that I will be coming back to Shaw GMC for future service. I will also be recommending Shaw GMC to the rest of our employees to have their trucks serviced there. The best part of the experience was actually receiving phone calls updating me on the status of my truck and everything that was being done to it. My truck is now running better than it has in months and in one visit Shaw GMC fixed the issues that CMP Chevy could not. More

Stephanie was very polite and helpful scheduling a time to bring my vehicle in to get some warranty work done on it that suited my schedule.
