He is very professional, personable and knows his vehicles. He definitely went the extra mile to get us the deal we wanted and answered any and all questions we had. Not many sales people like this around to really take care of the customer, absolutely wonderful experience with him. Their finance manager, Lisa, is another story altogether. Found her very unprofessional, not knowledgeable and didn't even take the time to explain the finance agreement to us NOR even have the common courtesy to call us back when she said she would. It's a shame that she blemishes an otherwise good dealership. The used car manager, don't even bother! Wants to steal your trade in and has absolutely no clue as to what a vehicle's worth is. Here's a tip, people know what their cars are worth on the market and they expect to get lowballed by a dealer on trade.....but going ridiculously low is just an insult and will cause you to lose clientele. Luckily, we liked the salesperson Cosimo so much, that we decided to work with him anyways and didn't bother with a trade, so it worked out. Also, great staff in the service department. Both Michelle at front counter and Vince (a service technician) were excellent to deal with when I had a concern the next day. Overall, happy with our experience other than the finance person and the used car manager. Good dealership, great sales and service staff. More

In the morning my car didnt turn on so I called the dealership, and informed them of what had happened. Upon arrival at the dealership, Domenic Colalillo greeted us with the best possible manner. After the mechanics looked at the car he said that the car will need to stay at the dealership overnight and should be fixed within the next few days. Domenic had provided us with a car to use for the time being. The following morning Domenic had called me and said that our car was already fixed! The service was absolutely fantastic and very smooth. 5+++ More

Rims were peeling I noticed that the rims on my 2012 Chrysler 300 SRT8 were starting to peel. I went to see Domenic in service and he told me that he would have to take I noticed that the rims on my 2012 Chrysler 300 SRT8 were starting to peel. I went to see Domenic in service and he told me that he would have to take pictures of the rims and send them into Chrysler and also said he was not sure if Chrysler would cover them. A couple of weeks went by we had not heard anything and Domenic said he would send them another email and find out what was happening with the rims. He called me back and asked me to bring the car in as he had to take additional pictures to send to Chrysler. A week or so later he called me and said that the rims would be replaced by Chrysler and would let me know when the new rims were at Seven View so that I could bring car in to get them installed. Thanks to the hard work by Domenic and the staff at the service department (where the customer satisfaction is their priority) I now have new rims on my car and they look great with the new tires that were put on. Sevenview is a dealership with People I Trust I have bought several cars from Eddie. He is amazing. He takes the time and effort to find out what you need and make sure he finds the right car for I have bought several cars from Eddie. He is amazing. He doesn't pressure you to push a sale through so the process is pleasant instead of a pain in the neck like it can be especially on a tight budget. When I had problems with one car I bought, he was extremely concerned and made a point to make sure my problems with the car were resolved. Service is terrific too, Michelle is always very professional and she takes the time to give great customer service. I moved to the city but I still go back to Concord when it comes to taking care of my car. More
