We live in Ottawa and were looking to trade our 2010 Yukon XL for a 2013 Dodge Durango Crew Plus with 30,000 km's or less. We had a few of them in Ottawa we were looking at but we either were getting a little less for our Yukon on one deal or having to pay a little more than we wanted for the Durango on another. Anyhow after a couple weeks of looking in Ottawa we decided to expend the search to the Toronto area. Eddie was very quick to respond, answered all our questions and made us a deal that worked for us. We provided the information required, got most of the paper work started remotely and set a date to pickup the vehicle. On pickup Eddie was extremely courteous, he was very kind to our kids, got them some hot chocolate and set them up to watch TV while we completed the paper work. Everything was done very quickly. When driving the vehicle home we realized the front rotors were creating a small vibration when braking at high speed. I figured I would change the rotors the following weekend no big deal. However, Eddie reached out to check that everything was ok. I mentioned I was going to need to change the front rotors. He offered to have me bring the vehicle back to have that taken care of at no charge but we indicated we didn't want to drive all the way back for that. Eddie then arranged to ship us a set of rotors to our home free of charge. Painless transaction and above and beyond customer service. Thanks Eddie! More

After driving the Jeep almost 90,000 k, my service adviser Domenic suggested I do many things that were required for a vehicle with that type of mileage. I took Domenic 's advice, and did a full service to bring the car back to factory working condition. The difference in the way the vehicle drives was impressive. They also left the car spotless, which was equally impressive. The work was explained to me and shown to me when I picked the vehicle up. While cleaning the car, they found money that I had forgotten was in my car. IT WAS ALL RETURNED BACK TO ME!!!!!!!!! This is the first time I brought my Jeep to Sevenview.
