Our initial email inquiry was responded to promptly by Eddie. We told Eddie exactly what we were looking for, and what our price range was. Eddie showed us a vehicle that met our price point, and at no time did he try to sell us anything we didn't need. He was very straight-forward, and there was never any pressure felt by us at any time to buy a vehicle. Simply put, we honestly felt like a "family man" was trying to help us purchase a family vehicle. We ended up purchasing a 2014 Dodge Caravan. Seven View was the first dealership we visited, and we left without any reservations about looking around for other deals. Lisa was equally as amazing. We had our 3 very young kids with us, and she made the process of purchasing the van very quick and efficient. She was even armed with colouring books and crayons to keep the kids pre-occupied while she was explaining all the paperwork to us. Outstanding Service Just bought a new vehicle from Seven View. Got off to a slow start with no salesmen around, then the receptionist got us Mike Blanda. He was fantastic , we had done our homework before going to the showroom so we knew exactly what we were looking for. Mike showed us the vehicle and then did the paperwork. He was polite and gave us a great deal on our trade in. It was a breeze compared to other car salesmen we had dealt with in the past. We waited a bit and then he passed us over to Lisa Capaldi their Finance Manager. Another excellent individual, nothing we asked or wanted was any problem I'd say from start to finish it was about an hour and a half and we had bought a new vehicle. We picked up the van a few days later and again the service from both Mike and Lisa was fantastic and very polite. Plus after we signed all the documents they both thanked us for giving Seven View our business. What a change from previous dealerships we dealt with . After buying a new 2014 Jeep Cherokee I had Domenic should be commended for his commitment to customer service in the service department at SevenView. After buying a new 2014 Jeep Cherokee I had a remote starter installed. Even though the part itself took a while to come in, when it did Domenic made sure that my first service experience had me walking away happy. He recognizes that everyone's time is precious these days and when the installation needed some extra time and to not inconvenience me he had me leave in a rental car and return the next day after work to pick-up my jeep. He explained the issue to me and made it clear that he did not want the job to be rushed and possibly have me returning with a problem. The next day when I walked in, I was greeted with a smile, another apology and my key in his hand. I appreciated his honesty and concern for my service experience. This experience proved to me that Domenic knows how to do his job well and that he cares. Thanks Dom! Today when I walked in for my first oil change, he remembered my name from a month ago, he was very friendly and had the job completed in minimal time. It's nice to be treated in a service department as a valued customer, but also especially nice to be greeted and treated like you're a friend.
