They didn't pressure me when I was buying my first car, they didn't do silly tricks that play with your mind or anything. The first time I took my car in for warranty-related service, they paid for me to have a rental car for extra days because my busy schedule wouldn't let me bring it back in time. I booked an appointment online and they called within the hour to find a good time, and they gave me complimentary car cleaning worth $100 even though I didn't ask (they even cleaned the dog hair off!) Fantastic service, I won't buy a car or service my Jeep anywhere else from now on. More

Stefano @ Serpa Chrysler stood out from the pack on pricing so I continued the conversation with him. Sometimes when you are getting the best price you'd expect mediocre service, but this couldn't be further from the case. He was incredible at touching base with me every step along the way... I simply couldn't believe how simple the buying experience was. When I went to pick the car up, I was amazed with how friendly everyone in the dealership was. Stefano gave me a thorough demo of the features of the car, he could not have been more helpful. The team at Serpa went through the paperwork with me at my own pace, and were very helpful with clarifying any (small) questions I had. I will not hesitate to recommend the team @ Serpa to friends & family going forward, and can see myself as a customer of theirs for many years to come! More
2017 jeep grand Cherokee purchase I purchased a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee on Sept 6, 2017. I have to say that the salesman and the sales manager were very pushy. It started with the sa I purchased a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee on Sept 6, 2017. I have to say that the salesman and the sales manager were very pushy. It started with the sale-man insisting I give him my credit card to show I'm serious, and then he kept saying sign here pointing to the line on the contract. The manager (Mitch) even told him stop. They also required $1000 deposit because it's their way to ensure you don't walk. I haven't had to make a deposit on a car purchased with my last 5 car purchases (that's like 19yrs). I ended up going above my bi-weekly payment budget and I wish I stuck to my guns. The dealership had an airmile reward offer for my purchase and they have not yet given me any airmiles. NOV 21 2017. Management (Mitch) said they would look into this but I have not received a single call. All talk no action and the blame game begins with management saying they can't control airmiles and he didn't realise he was supposed to call me back even thought he said he would. This was his last email to me "Unfortunately I have no control over the distribution process at Air Miles, I honestly didn't think there was any more to discuss after the request to provide was submitted. As for John, I cannot speak to what he had committed to. I am sorry you feel this way, I can only control our process." Im not entirely sure what that means but I'll tell you that's not taking ownership of a situation that you said you would look into to. It's poor customs service and excuses. I'm done with Serpa, was my reply. Delivery was not on time and the vehicle was given to me with the interior not fully cleaned (it was a demo). The interior had pop in the cup holders as well as the rear seats. Something was also spilled in the trunk/cargo area. It took me an hour to clean it. I gave them my trade super clean, they could have at least done the same. Upon taking the vehicle home I noticed a few marks (looked like over-spray) they claimed was tree sap. I'm not dumb. It was not tree sap. The shop did take care of this and the paint shop manager was very nice about this. The paint shop department was great to deal with and they did a good job buffing out the marks. I wish they would learn how to wash a vehicle before handing it over to customers.A mark is still visible but I won't be returning to this place because of other departments. My change oil light also came on in the second week. Not sure how this was missed. The shop did change the oil and I left the shop only to see the change oil light come back on. I was told to reset it myself. I do believe they changed the oil so this was a minor error. I will give them the benefit of the doubt but I won't be returning for service. I had another issue, I was supposed to get 1 year free Sirius XM radio. I did not get 2 weeks free Sirius XM radio. Apparently, they had it activated on the vehicle Nov 2016 so I lose out. I specifically asked if I had a year free both the manager and my salesman said yes maybe a few weeks less. I took it to the top guy and he said I'll see what I can do but no promises. ***Update, I am happy to say that the owner got involved and corrected this. I will be receiving my 1 year Sirius XM subscription for the year as promised or at least that's what I've been told. The shop guys were very nice but almost everything I had asked them to look at was "no fault found". I will take them at their word, but I will be taking my jeep at another dealer going forward. I would not recommend this dealership. Beware of false promises and don't trust them when it comes to their word. Get everything on paper if you decide to proceed. The infotainment is missing Android and iPhone app connectivity. It's only available in the US. Chrysler told me this will not be updated so I'm stuck with it. Obviously, this has nothing to do with the dealership. More

The reason for my loyalty is the honesty and integrity the ability and attitude of each o I have been a customer of this location for over 20 years. The reason for my loyalty is the honesty and integrity the ability and attitude of each of the mechanics, the assistant manager, Lucy, and assistant Ash (and of everyone who worked here in the past). Based on my observation over the years, every customer is treated very professionally. They are also efficient here. Most recently my experience has been with Jim Tuckerman, and he is a good man going above and beyond to help his employees succeed and to ensure that every customer who leaves after a service call is a satisfied customer. I can say that I have not had one negative experience. As a result I have purchased my third vehicle from this dealership. I would like other car owners to know of this gem of a dealership. The owner is doing something right. Treating his employees right has translated in treating every customer right. Please keep up the work forever. I hope to be a customer until age 90 (and that is many more years to go)!! More

LUCY IS A ONE OF A KIND CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE. She is efficient, friendly and addresses my concerns. Lucy takes the time to explain the problem(s) and what needs to be done once she receives the report from the service tech and cost. She goes the extra mile to insure CUSTOMER SATISFACTION and does all she can to make it right. Lucy would call to advise me of anything outside of the reason for bringing my car in and explain what was the issue, if I wanted it repaired and the cost. That is the reason for my loyalty to Serpa, It's all about communication and Lucy exceeded that expectation!!! I've had nothing but excellent service from Serpa Service Department..........something these days is hard to find!!!! I had to bring my car back as another issue appeared. Lucy once again, went over the top!! She attended to my concern and provided me with a loaner vehicle. Awesome Job Lucy and thank you!!!!!! A side note.....while waiting for the report on my current issue with my vehicle, another customer came in the waiting room after parking his car in the service area . When the customer entered the waiting room, Lucy greeted the customer with a smile and hello....how could she help. This particular customer explained what his concern was and Lucy began to record the issue. While doing so, the customer insisted she order parts for his vehicle a number of times and with a professional response she advised the customer she would need to know what parts were needed for the issue at hand before she could order them. Most people in service would get annoyed and respond with an aggressive reply.....NOT LUCY!!! She explained to this customer, not once, but a couple times she would need to get the report from the service tech before she could order parts. She handled this customer with a calm, professional manor. And because of Lucy is one of the reasons I will never take my car anywhere else!!!! Thank you Lucy!!!!! Great Job!!!!! In addition, I would also like to recognize Ash, another CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE. He is friendly, efficient and takes the time to listen to my concerns. Recently, I brought my car in for its seasonal tune up. Ash kept in contact with me advising me when they took my vehicle into the shop. He called me back regarding an issue and explained what was wrong and how much. Again, as mentioned above, keeping in touch with me on issues outside my reason for bringing my car in. Overall, the service and staff are fantastic.....efficient, accommodating and provide an overall fantastic customer service experience. Great Job!!!!!! More
Overcharged for for Tire rotation thats on rims already $78 I feel ripped off by SERPA for tire rotation. I usually get the same done at Scarborough town chrysler for around $28 Due to fully booked , I decided to try SERPA Chrysler and got robbed by this dealership never again going here. Bewear of this over priced dealership. I am a first time customer here and certainly my last time NEVER AGAIN GOING HERE. More

As soon as I walked in, the Sales Manager himself helped me find exactly what I wanted without ever making me feel pressured (one of my pet peeves at dealerships). He went out of his way to ensure my experience was exceptional - from the test drive to the negotiations. Not to mention the paperwork was so quick! I felt very comfortable with Mitch's honesty and transparency throughout the entire process. Finally,the pickup was such an exciting moment - everyone at the dealership made me feel special and congratulated me on my purchase (such a great team there). I will definitely be recommending Mitch to my family and friends! I love my Jeep Compass!! More

It was enjoyable, everything was explained, no pressure for a sale, and dealing with the team was terrific. Ken FRITH, who I believe is the General Sales Manager was kind, helpful and available for questions. The Manager of the business office Edison MINOZA was a star as far as I am concerned. Great guy, down to earth, and a pleasure to deal with as well. To top it off, once the deal was completed I was presented with a nice bottle of wine to take home and enjoy. I ended up buying a new Jeep, and love it so far although it has only been a few days. I have no concerns sending anyone there for a vehicle. Brian More
