First time customer and I am over the moon I found this dealership, I ahd a bad experience with my last dealer and decided to change it up, the moment I walked in I was greeted by john, i was in for a simple pil change, he offered me water and snacks. Had my jeep done in less than 1 hour. I visited the parts department where I met Amy, she was very knowledgeable and energetic which matched my energy. I have not been to this dealership. However, it sounds as if one Mitch Cadesky, who'd previously been in a management position back at a G.M.C. dealership in Markham, that's rife with incompetence, poor communication between both staff members as well as clients, a tendency to cut corners and, subsequently, costs, has ended up here or, alternatively, back here. I was in-touch with him close to a few months ago concerning a 2020 so-called "certified pre-owned" Chevrolet Impala Premier that's ckearly been riddled with issues, especially those electrical in nature, since I collected it effective this past December 17th ( 2022 ) . Anyhow, I was referred to him, who not only neglected to subsequently hold up his end of the bargain, but grew rather irritated with me when I mentioned I'd been waiting to hear from him for days when we reconnected. That whole dealership was heavily afflicted by incompetence, which I'll speak to in greater detail and definition but, given that he dispensed irrititation and attitude towards me, for problems that had persisted since the previous December 17th, not to mention given that he appears to be in a management position here, my advice is "Stay away." Devin B., owner of a 2020 Chevrolet Impala Premier that was neverly serviced properly from the get go, which led to me incurring no shortage of negligence and attitude from the given dealership when I attempted to seek their assistance in resolving the issues, once-and-for-all.
