Much better experience I recently traded in my vehicle for a newer one with less kilometers. The salesperson I dealt with was very friendly, helpful on choosing which vehicl I recently traded in my vehicle for a newer one with less kilometers. The salesperson I dealt with was very friendly, helpful on choosing which vehicle would best suit my needs, and most importantly; customer service went way beyond acceptable. I have a pretty busy schedule and my salesman worked around my schedule, offered to stay a little later at work and even offered to come in on a day off if it was convenient for me. It's hard to find that kind of service now a days so ICAR is very fortunate to have that dedication from one of there own salespersons. Thanks again for all the help. More
