Exceeded my expectations I was shopping for a new vehicle on Auto Trader. iCar had a few that were within my price, mileage and age range so I made an appointment. I worked for a few years in the same city he grew up in so we had a good ice breaker already. We talked about my list and he recommended we go through a survey before we proceeded. The car that the survey suggested was not on my list but did appeal to me. We took it for a drive and I was won over right away. The purchasing process was also relatively painless too -and it is a process. All dealerships have some kind of "see this person, see that person" rigmarole. It's a given. Everyone I dealt with was cool, polite and patient. I never felt rushed or coerced at any point in the purchase. I wasn't passed off either. Ross was my go to guy throughout. Happy with my experience at iCar, and very happy with my car. More
