Purchased a 2016 WRX STI Pretty easy to do business with these guys. Ernesto Carlos and Carmen were very helpful and the people on the service side were also. Customer Service?? Have been into Scott Subaru twice in past 3 months, we went in during June too look for a replacement for our wearing out outback, spent 15 minutes in Have been into Scott Subaru twice in past 3 months, we went in during June too look for a replacement for our wearing out outback, spent 15 minutes in show room without even a hello or and contact, staff were in their offices and did not come out, managers office had a couple of people huddled around the computer monitor oblivious to us, we left and went to see another dealer where the reception was quite different, went back today to look at a new outback and was greeted by a sales guy who let me look at a vehicle but would not let me test drive it as it was on HOLD, not SOLD but on HOLD, thus you can sniff the the leather but nothing else. Used Scott a few years ago for service and after some bungling of the service, we said we would go elsewhere, good to see that things don't change!!! Heading to Lethbridge to order the Subby!! More

They failed to give drivers license back after purchase because they forgot and seemed to loose a part that was on the new car that I purchased and then denied having it. Jason Fedun was the one who primarily looked after us and he did an exceptional job of finding us what we needed rather than trying to shove something down our throats that we neither needed or wanted. We particularly appreciated the way the salesmen worked together to help each other out without competing. It was refreshing to not feel as though we had been dropped into a tank of piranhas. We bought a 2014 Outback which we absolutely love and this is the first time that I can say that I would recommend this experience to a friend. Best buying experience for a new car I have ever had. Great communication and customer service! Did most of my communicating through email (Live in Calgary) and a few phone calls, very quick responses an Great communication and customer service! When arriving staff is very friendly and courteous, and offering refreshments was a bonus from a customer service stand point. Even gave me a ride to the registry near by to get my plate and registration! I would recommend Scott Subaru to ANYONE who is looking at joining the Subie family! It is worth the drive from the bigger cities like Calgary and Edmonton. More
The service provided was unparalleled! I visited multiple other Subaru dealers in Alberta, and none were as happy to meet my needs, as the staff at Scott Subaru. It is worth the drive out to Red Deer if you live in Calgary or Edmonton, as I found they were by far the best to deal with. More

What impressed me the most about this dealership was the team approach that was evident. Everyone worked together to to provide qualtiy service and an optimal experience. Notable appreciation for Ernesto, Dave, Carmen and even Jason who helped hook up my iphone. It's a reassuring feeling to know anyone there would be willling to help out. By the way, my friend who initially came with me to the dealership saw Carmen, pointed her out and said, "she helped us with the financing for our truck and was excellent; listened to what we wanted and got it for us." All of my other dearship experiences, except this one, have felt shady in some way - occasions like when you're making a deal and the saleperson has to go off and talk to some manager that's in an unknown, mysterious location. Don't expect that experience here. Everything was up front, clear and simple. People were kind and friendly, not cocky or pushy. Keep that kind of service up and you will have lifetime, loyal customers. My car, at least for the three days that I have driven it, speaks for itself. If you want a fun, sporty car that goes, try a Subaru BRZ; you won't be disappointed! One thing to note; let your customers know about the need to slowly break in a new vehicle :) More

I have found the sales people to be up to date on the product and they can always answer any questions I have...I am always greeted with a smile and I appreciate that they work to accomadate my crazy schedule. Tomorrow I pick up my new trek..I can hardly wait! Jason was our salesperson and he made the deal an easy process, any question he wasnt sure of.he made the effort to find the answer for us ..Ernesto and Carmen were both so helpful. Anyone looking for an amazing team to deal with, this is the place to go...and if you have never driven a Subaru...what are you waiting for??? More
