They were excellent and the whole team was just fantastic. They were friendly, personable, knowlegeable, exceptionally professional and not at pushy in their approach. We had not bought a new car before and the whole process was very transparent and all involved were very patient. Carlos even came to pick us up when we didn't have vehicular access. Other Subaru managers said hello and also worked with us to ensure we had everything we needed through the process. Their showroom was very comfortable and had plenty of complimentary refreshments. I would definitely go through Scott Subaru again for another vehicle purchase. More

The All-In price we settled was exactly what they gave us on arrival- no surprises or hidden fees, just an offer to add extended warranty/protection which, when we declined, was not pressured on us at all. Carlos, & David Fedun (the financial representative who assisted us), thoroughly impressed us with their professionalism, friendliness, and thoroughness in prepping our vehicle & paperwork prior to our arrival. We first met the general manager (Ryan D.) and he was really easy to talk to. He connected us with one of the sales staff (Jason). Throughout the process , dealing with Ryan and Jason was like dealing with long time friends. They were very friendly and laid back, they exerted absolutely no pressure whatsoever while answering all our questions and concerns. My wife doesn't like test driving a car with a salesperson riding with us so I asked Jason if it was possible to do it alone and he didn't object, just had to ask a manager for approval. We love the vehicle, but more so we really appreciated the warm and attentive service we received. Unfortunately we are soon going to be moving out of province but we truly hope our next car buying experience matches this one. As a side note: A reviewer below was upset that he was not able to test drive a vehicle that's "on hold" for another customer. We put a sizeable deposit down to hold the particular Forester before finalizing all the paperwork, insurance etc... and we really appreciated the fact that this dealership did not allow anyone to test drive the exact vehicle that would be ours in a day or two. This is a huge positive in our view. More

We were greeted by Ryan King with his award winning smile. He was great to deal with. Helpful but no pressure and showed us what Subaru had to offer. The vehicle had all the features we looked for and many extras but the test drive sold us. We had also test drove a Ford escape and the Mazda suv and the subaru was far superior. We returned to see Ryan and purchased the Forester. Ryan and the rest of the staff made the process easy and I feel we got a lot for our money. I Love it and know we made to right choice. He walked us through the available options, compared the different models and answered all of our questions. The test drive is one that neither my Mom nor I will ever forget!
