The service was great. I visited a dealership in Edmonton for some work that I expected to be covered by my warranty. The dealership in Edmonton told me it wasn't. I asked it they were sure and that they sho for some work that I expected to be covered by my warranty. The dealership in Edmonton told me it wasn't. I asked it they were sure and that they should contact Subaru Canada to check. They came back and said no, taht i will have to pay for it (major component issue). I heard that Scott had the best service in Alberta. I got in touch with Jordan and he went out of his way to get the part covered (the bill would have been $1600 as quoted from the Edmonton dealership.) He showed me the list of parts covered under my power train warranty and mine was listed. I walked away without having to pay a thing. I will be back for all major service and I will avoid Edmonton dealerships like the plague. More

Edmonton Subaru dealers insisted on the full "pigeon sticker price" for my new 2013 Subaru xv Crosstrek. They kept telling me that due to the car's popularity, they would not discount at all and insist sticker price" for my new 2013 Subaru xv Crosstrek. They kept telling me that due to the car's popularity, they would not discount at all and insisted on full sticker price (plus documentation fees, etc. which are just frankly a way to get even more profit). One call to Ernesto at Scott Subaru resulted in a $500 off sticker price discount. He was very friendly, and worked hard to get me my new car in about 2 weeks. I gladly drove to Red Deer from Edmonton to pick up a new car for a $500 savings. I figure I spent an hour of my time extra to drive down to Red Deer vrs. an Edmonton dealership. So I earned $500 after tax for one hour's work. Great friendly service without any "attitude" that I got from the Edmonton dealers. Give them a call for a price if you are wanting a new Subaru. More

I must admit that I normally don't put the time and effort to write a review but I thought this was was a place that deserved high praise. I was originally driving to Edmonton to pick up a Subaru Impre effort to write a review but I thought this was was a place that deserved high praise. I was originally driving to Edmonton to pick up a Subaru Impreza because I was simply fed up of the poor treatment I got at Calgary. On our way to Edmonton my wife located a Subaru dealership in Red deer on her smartphone. We decided it was worth a shot since it was on our way. When we arrived at the dealership we noticed the exact vehicle we wanted. Jason noticed us looking and approached us in a friendly manner. After we explained we wanted that vehicle at a fair price to both parties, in a matter of minutes both Jason and Ernesto got us to a price point where we thought we could feel satisfied with the purchase. The positive experience didn't end there. After the documents have been signed we met with Kirsty. Very laid back and nice person overall to deal with. Kirsty informed us about warranty options we had should we decide to extend it at any time during ownership. She also assisted in us being to take possession on the vehicle at the very same day! So next time you are looking for a Subaru, don't sign any papers until you give them a visit! More

We purchased a brand new Tribeca at Scott Subaru and took possession of it May 18, 2012. We had looked at everything from BMW to Toyota to Ford and did a lot of test driving. The minute I drove it off the lot I knew the Tribeca was the one. I liked the idea of the Boxer engine, safety features that were clearly explained to us, the warranty and the after sales service and support offered. The vehicle is a pleasure to drive with exceptional handling. The vehicle is a higher end model so all the bells and whistles are appreciated as well. We dealt with Ernesto for the sale and Kirsty for the paperwork and both treated us very well indeed. Our deal was a cash no trade and they were flexible and negotiable with our price and offered us the cash back deal. There is also a young man who is a new salesman in training and Jason, who I saw or talked to briefly, and both gentlemen were also great to deal with. All in all, we have had an excellent experience in purchasing our new Subaru Tribeca. I would happily recommend this dealership and the entire team to family and friends and anyone looking for a new vehicle. More
