Ryan even arranged a courtesy vehicle for me to drive back to Calgary, as there were concerns about the roadworthiness of my old vehicle. From the beginning to the end the sales process was transparent and easy going Adam took the time to assess and find the right vehicle that fit my budget. Moreover I was very impressed with the finance manager Carmen Dufresne she really looks out for her clients. With the busy schedule I have she made the process very transparent and throughrough and never pushed me to make any decisions I would regret. Chill I came multiple times to the dealership prior to purchasing my new WRX and never once did I feel pressured to make a sale right then and there. I simp I came multiple times to the dealership prior to purchasing my new WRX and never once did I feel pressured to make a sale right then and there. I simply sat down in Adam's office and chatted. He asked me what I was looking for, what was important to me and that was it. I said I would think about it and left. No pressure, no mind games, just "ok, nice to meet you, see you later" kind of thing. The show room is small and there are only a handful of salesman, which made the experience intimate, cozy and simply put ...chill. Specifically Adam Choi was awesome! You could tell he was excited for me. He was pleasant to negotiate with and I never felt taken advantage of. Once the deal was made, he kept me updated on the status of my car on numerous occasion. He even sent me a picture of a GPS screenshot of where my car was in the ocean, which boat it was on! So cool! When it landed he sent me a picture of my car which definitely added to the excitement and anticipation! Carmen added a personal touch to the experience by speaking my mother tongue when she noticed I was French. Nice little touch. Kathie was nice as well but didn't get my nonverbal cues that I wasn't interested in the extended warranty, but then again that's her job... Very sweet though!
