Dear friends, I would like to share with you my negative experience with Mitsubishi service, my car was leaking oil from the transmission, when I first went, they told me that the seals needed to be changed experience with Mitsubishi service, my car was leaking oil from the transmission, when I first went, they told me that the seals needed to be changed and that I would have to pay $700 since it was not under warranty, and I paid it. They delivered my vehicle after the seal change. I checked it 2 days later and the leakage continued. I went to the service again for the second time and they told me that they would change the seals again. This did not make sense because the problem was not solved when we changed it the first time, but I accepted it desperately. and the change was made. After the second seal change, I took the vehicle back and after driving it for a few days, I noticed that the leakage continued again. I went to the service for the third time and they said they would check it and get back to me. They would take me inside at 3 pm and start checking it. They sent me a message at 3:20 the same day and said that the transfer case needed to be changed and that it would cost about $3400. I cannot understand how they check it in 20 minutes. How can the technical service charge me 700 dollars for my oil leak complaint and return the vehicle to me without resolving the problem even though I went there 3 times? I complained to the general management. They say there is no factory defect without even reading my complaint. They gave me my car without resolving the problem even though I paid a fee. Is this really the Mitsubishi customer experience? More

Well, here is me adding another unpleasant comment regarding the service department and the lack of professionalism. We all can't be wrong?! Lets start with.....unprofessional, impossible to deal with, unethical, condescending, just simply the worst experience every time / anytime!!! Service manager "Robert Cruise" should seek some managerial skills, sensitivity training, behavioral training and perhaps some coaching on how to speak and deal with customers. I could describe my visit in granular detail, but what is the point. Horrible experience. Will not go back there ever again. Way to go Mitsubishi!!! Above all, the Sales department had contacted me on trading my current vehicle in (due to vehicle shortages) to purchase a new 2022. Almost had the deal in place. Sorry guys, that ship has definitely sailed. No longer interested in the product or the people you have representing it. More
I am a very disappointed over 8 years customer. I lost my car key on Sep 18th and contacted your customer service. They promised they would replace it by Sep. 21st the latest! Today is Sep. 27th and despite car key on Sep 18th and contacted your customer service. They promised they would replace it by Sep. 21st the latest! Today is Sep. 27th and despite visiting the dealership twice and calling daily to inquire about the delay, I'm still left in "limbo"... This is unacceptable as I depend on my car for commuting to work and daily errands. I would greatly appreciate being acknowledged and compensated for the inconvenience. Gary Gilbert More
Very poor service, I went for service my 2019 outlander they did service also did oil change but they didn’t tighten my oil drain plug so oil was leaking . Service, Management, Neglible Nothing but poor service, ignorant staff, negligent care. Parts ordered were incorrect so I waited one week for them without a car. Service manager Brad was rude and aloof not even making eye contact when I complained about the service. He just didn't care. Detailing done was incomplete. I paid $200.00 for this. They sprayed down the car with cleaner and only completed the front nothing done to the back nor trunk space. Parts were missing from the car after detailing and they expected me to re-order these and pay for them. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing at this service centre and I will NEVER use them again. Inconvenient, disrespectful, ignorant, inefficient, and I am very surprised they are still in business. The only positive courteous employee was the shuttle driver. Disgusted client. More
Service Department Failure Just finished my service appointment and felt i needed to leave a review. After previous poor experiences with the Service Department I thought I would give this place one more try. Knowing there was a recall on my car i figured i would book an appointment for an oil change and tire swap as well. Called a week in advance and was told it was a 2 hour appointment. Now this made sense because an oil change and tire swap takes less than an hour so i guessed the recall was another hour. Showed up for my 11am appointment 10 minutes early only to be told by the Service Manager(Robert) that his employee who has worked there for 3 years did not know what he was talking about and that the recall alone would take 2hrs. Now this is not the first time that something like this happened so i guess I'm the fool for coming back. Since i didn't not make the appropriate arrangements to spend half a day there i had no choice but to refuse the recall work. As Robert put it its not that important anyway, so why the recall then? The part that i found even more frustrating was that it took an hour and ten minutes for my car to even make it into the shop. So instead of trying to make up for there mistake and getting me in and out as quickly as possible they failed at that as well, i had to wait over 2hrs for what should have been 40 minutes of work. As Robert commented, this is how things go. Well why make an appointment if they are not willing to honor it. Clearly there are some issues and challenges that surround the service department and although Robert may or may not be a nice person but his handling of the situation leaves a lot to be desired. More

Horrible service everytime I call they can't help - takes more than a week for them to even look at the car for service and their manner is terrible. They were al Robert, the Service Manager was outstanding. From my first football in the door I felt like favoured customer. I had several questions. They were all well answered.
