Buying a car at this dealership was a complete mistake. I am so upset and disappointed with the way they do bussiness. I will never buy a car from this dealership again and I will keep telling people not to even go to this place if they are thinking of buying Mitsubishi vehicles. Their selling point is that the warranty is long (10 years). But the services cost outrageous amount of money. My boyfriend bought a Ford truck around the same time as I bought my Lancer and he didn't even spend 1/4 of what I have spent until now (almost 3 years). They also cannot explain to me as to why the services cost so much more compared to other companies. This 10 year warranty is their way to steal money from customers and not get sued. I also bought a rust proof and fabric guard package when I bought my car. Nobody told me that it is my responsibility to take my car in for an inspection every 2 years when I bought it. I did ask about it before the first 2 year came once on the phone. The guy I spoke to said that he has to ask his supervisor and will call me back. He never called me back. Now that it has been more than 2 years and I have never got an inspection, I lost my warranty that I paid so much money for. I told the guy in the service department that nobody told me to take my car in every 2 years. He raised his voice and said "it's written in the paper! You signed it!!!" My experiences in this dealership has been nothing but upsetting. More
