Worst service I gave my car to this dealership to higher my coil over suspensions. They give me 3 hour waiting time. After 3 hours I riceived a call from scarbor I gave my car to this dealership to higher my coil over suspensions. They give me 3 hour waiting time. After 3 hours I riceived a call from scarborough Mitsubishi saying that they can't adjust my suspensions. Worst customer service ever! Wasting time.! More
While this dealership has gone through several staffing changes in the past, the current staff in place for the past couple of years have restored my faith in dealer service. Service manager Rob was able to get a SST transmission issue sorted out with Mitsu Canada under warranty, which was something other dealers failed address properly. Dealings with Rob have been genuine and professional. If there are any problems, they are sorted out in a professional manner and with no BS. John and Chris has taken care of both my previous and current Mitsubishi vehicle with care and have been honest and competent in their conduct. Keniel the customer shuttle driver/lot manager is always friendly and courteous. More
I purchased a brand new 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander from Scarborough Mitsubishi in August of 2013 . Unfortunately I do not remember my sales person as he was fairly unmemorable with his knowledge of the pro Scarborough Mitsubishi in August of 2013 . After I purchased the vehicle I was told that I had to see there Business Manager James . From the minute I sat down with James he made me feel totally relaxed about the purchase I had just made . James took the time to completely explain the factory warranty and also answered any and all question I had about my vehicle purchase . James also explained why and how they rust protect vehicles and also the merits of purchasing a 84 month extended warranty to match the 84 month financing I opted for when I made my deal . By the time I finished with my time with James I was not only 100% satisfied with the deal I had made on my new Outlander but was now also totally sure that my new vehicle and myself was now fully protected for anything that may come my way for the years that I will be paying for my vehicle. James if you read this review THANK YOU from Adam & Sherry you were truly a pleasure to deal with and made what could have been a negative purchasing experience a truly pleasurable one . More

Very knowledgeable staff, friendly and quality of work is top notch. You cannot find any other dealership more knowledgeable about the TC-SST in the GTA. I have been coming to this dealership/service centre since 2009. First with my 2009 Ralliart and currently with my 2012 EVO X. Each interval of service, light or moderate, I was welcomed with proper customer service etiquette and my vehicle was returned to me in better condition, as they offer a free car wash with any service! They also have a program called SCAMPI (Scarborough Mitsubishi Performance Institute) which is simply amazing for car enthusiast folk, like myself! My entire experience was nothing less than professional and positive from the get-go. I was pleasantly surprised with the follow-up appointments that had been pre-scheduled for me and I have been happy ever since. Due to my experiences to date, I have personally referred upwards of a dozen previous and current Mitsubishi owners to either buy or service their vehicles at this location, and to date, I have not heard of a negative review from any of my referrals. Being a proud member of SCAMPI, TEN (Toronto EVO Nation) and OLC (Ontario Lancer Club), I can confidently recommend this dealership/service centre to anyone, whether an enthusiast or the average daily driver! No job is too difficult, no details overlooked. Definitely recommend taking your vehicle in for that 'second opinion' on estimates as well. They even have professional detailers and a very reputable body shop attached to them! This is a one-stop shop for anyone who has a vehicle. This dealership/service centre shouldn't just hold a dealership/service title, it should hold a 'flagship dealership/service centre' title for the Greater Ontario Region! Buying a car at this dealership was a complete mistake. I am so upset and disappointed with the way they do bussiness. I have been totally deceived by the sales people and service people at this dealershi I am so upset and disappointed with the way they do bussiness. I will never buy a car from this dealership again and I will keep telling people not to even go to this place if they are thinking of buying Mitsubishi vehicles. Their selling point is that the warranty is long (10 years). But the services cost outrageous amount of money. My boyfriend bought a Ford truck around the same time as I bought my Lancer and he didn't even spend 1/4 of what I have spent until now (almost 3 years). They also cannot explain to me as to why the services cost so much more compared to other companies. This 10 year warranty is their way to steal money from customers and not get sued. I also bought a rust proof and fabric guard package when I bought my car. Nobody told me that it is my responsibility to take my car in for an inspection every 2 years when I bought it. I did ask about it before the first 2 year came once on the phone. The guy I spoke to said that he has to ask his supervisor and will call me back. He never called me back. Now that it has been more than 2 years and I have never got an inspection, I lost my warranty that I paid so much money for. I told the guy in the service department that nobody told me to take my car in every 2 years. He raised his voice and said "it's written in the paper! You signed it!!!" My experiences in this dealership has been nothing but upsetting. More
