Terrible service! I purchased a 2016 rvr last year. I paid a lot of extra money for things including rust proofing. My husband, who is a mechanic at Barrie Honda, recen I purchased a 2016 rvr last year. I paid a lot of extra money for things including rust proofing. My husband, who is a mechanic at Barrie Honda, recently put snow tires on for me. He noticed that Mitsubishi had missed a lot of areas underneath the car that should have been sprayed. Last week I received a recall notice in the mail for a relay bar in the engine. I called and made an appointment. When I came in I mentioned the rust proofing and asked them to look at it. I was immediately disrespected by Brad Alexander. He got defensive before it was even looked at. After a while he brought me into the work area and asked me which spots were missed! How the heck do I know? I'm not a mechanic. My husband didn't pinpoint to me exactly which spots were missed. He just told me to have them look at it. Bottom line is they aren't doing anything about it. I definetly will not be back here in the future! Horrible service! And I was told 30 minutes for the recall repair, but have been here almost an hour and a half and still not finished! More

Through perseverance I was able to convince the manufacturer to complete the repair under warranty. When they asked me if I wanted to have the work done at a different dealer I said absolutely not. Paul and service manager Rob and his service team have always treated me with the professionalism and respect so that's who I wanted doing the work on my Mirage. They are professional, polite, and experts at the work they do and I would recommend any Mitsubishi owner to have service work done at this dealer. Thanks again for your help and support getting my car back and running. Purring like the three cylinder kitten she is. More

Did not honor warranty I bought 2014 Mirage from the dealer. I changed the oil 5 times and have receipt for 4. There is only 35000 km on the care. I was advised today the I bought 2014 Mirage from the dealer. I changed the oil 5 times and have receipt for 4. There is only 35000 km on the care. I was advised today the engine requires a $5000 piston overhaul that the dealer refused to cover under the warranty because I hadn't changed the oil more often. They are blaming me for this. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. A car that is less than 3 years old with fewer than 35000 km and having received regular oil changes should be repaired. The dealer has taken no responsibility for the quality of their product and in fact blamed the customer for the poor quality. Judge for yourself and decide if you would buy a product from such a dealer. More

Service Department NOT helpful! I recently bought a used car from the dealership. They lied about doing my safety they didn't even change my cabin filter when i check it by myself it I recently bought a used car from the dealership. They lied about doing my safety they didn't even change my cabin filter when i check it by myself it was dirty! They weren't willing to change my brakes the service manger took it for a test drive and said the brakes are fine has 4mm but when i looked at the rotors and pads they were not even serviced u could see the rust built up on the rotors! The service manger took the car for a test drive and did not even notice the vibration caused by the imbalance of the tries! All i can say is the service department is horrible! Won't recommend! More

NEW PURCHASE RVR GT 2017 - EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE THE 5 STAR RATING is really JUSTIFIABLE to this Dealership, specifically because of this one person name MR. JOSEPH RUTA, who is really knowledgeable THE 5 STAR RATING is really JUSTIFIABLE to this Dealership, specifically because of this one person name MR. JOSEPH RUTA, who is really knowledgeable about their product and most of all really, I mean really very ACCOMODATING PERSON. You will know what I mean when you talk to Joseph. I think, for me, Joseph is the real deal or should I say Joseph is the Dealership Itself. I have been with other dealership and have talked to some of sales people but there's no one compare to Joseph. He has a TONS of patience about his client. All of your question will be answer as long as he is able. Joseph is a very likeable person and he will not push you to buy or decide right away. Always smiling and a very humble person. I like the RVR GT because of its style, conservative with a touch of class, and Joseph really make it happen to me. We discussed everything from Warranty, Maintenance and payment. The Pros and the Cons. Explaining every detail in a very professional manner, but still in a friendly way. And as far as I know, Mitsubishi has the best Warranty right now compare to any brand. If you decide in getting a new car and if it's Mitsubishi, I recommend you must go and get that car in this Dealership (Scarborough) and look for Joseph, I repeat look for Joseph and you will not regret it. He will assist and really will help you to make your dream car come true. I have a lot more things to say but let the people experience the professionalism and friendliness of Mr Joseph Ruta.
