NEW PURCHASE RVR GT 2017 - EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE THE 5 STAR RATING is really JUSTIFIABLE to this Dealership, specifically because of this one person name MR. JOSEPH RUTA, who is really knowledgeable THE 5 STAR RATING is really JUSTIFIABLE to this Dealership, specifically because of this one person name MR. JOSEPH RUTA, who is really knowledgeable about their product and most of all really, I mean really very ACCOMODATING PERSON. You will know what I mean when you talk to Joseph. I think, for me, Joseph is the real deal or should I say Joseph is the Dealership Itself. I have been with other dealership and have talked to some of sales people but there's no one compare to Joseph. He has a TONS of patience about his client. All of your question will be answer as long as he is able. Joseph is a very likeable person and he will not push you to buy or decide right away. Always smiling and a very humble person. I like the RVR GT because of its style, conservative with a touch of class, and Joseph really make it happen to me. We discussed everything from Warranty, Maintenance and payment. The Pros and the Cons. Explaining every detail in a very professional manner, but still in a friendly way. And as far as I know, Mitsubishi has the best Warranty right now compare to any brand. If you decide in getting a new car and if it's Mitsubishi, I recommend you must go and get that car in this Dealership (Scarborough) and look for Joseph, I repeat look for Joseph and you will not regret it. He will assist and really will help you to make your dream car come true. I have a lot more things to say but let the people experience the professionalism and friendliness of Mr Joseph Ruta. Purchased my first car by the help of Mr Joseph. At first, i was very afraid of getting a car because of the high auto insurance in toronto. 1st time Car buyer Me and my family are new here in Canada and we are not really familiar in how to hunt for a good quality car..A friend of mine suggested to try to loo Me and my family are new here in Canada and we are not really familiar in how to hunt for a good quality car..A friend of mine suggested to try to look for a Japanese brand, so we did hunt thru online review and we end up to mitsubishi scarborough and met Mr Joseph a dealer.. as we got alobg our querries about the model (2017 RVR GT)we wanted, he one by one discussed the features, pros and cons and of course price wise..We have met a lot of sales / dealer in other countries and here in Canada but most of them just a pure sales talk. I can say that Mr Joseph handle it very professional and transparent to all details seems to be your talking to a family member or a close friend about the car. We end up a good discount and a mitsubishi bike..we can say thumbs up!
