Subaru Outback leasing experience I am impressed with the mathematical brain and knowledge of the Sales Associate Mr. Wilson Yam. Though Mr. Yam has little bit accent problem but when I am impressed with the mathematical brain and knowledge of the Sales Associate Mr. Wilson Yam. Though Mr. Yam has little bit accent problem but when one deals with a technical person, you really do not care about anything else than the technicality and numbers. So I found Mr.Yam is very sound with the calculations to direct a customer for the best option - buying/leasing. If leasing then the term of leasing etc. 2. I visited the dealership in May 2015. In my first visit Mr. Yam convinced me to go for the Outback and go for the 3 year leasing. 3. The dealership did not have the colour that I was interested for and could not source one for me from other dealers. As a result I had to wait 4 months for the 2016 model and payment increased by $16.00/month. More

I planed to buy a Subaru out My previous new car buying experience was not a good one. So before i visited any dealer i did some homework on internet. I planed to buy a Subaru outback for my wife which was one of the safest all wheel drive SUV on the market. I searched on internet and found that Subaru Scarboro was the one with excellent reviews and the sales person Wilson Yam was mentioned a lot with positive marks. I called Wilson to book a test drive. When we met with him in the dealership, he had an outback ready for me to test drive. We were impressed with the car and decided to order one. Wilson offered me a fair price and advised the options to finance or lease. He was professional and patient. He answered all the questions we had. Last week we got the delivery of our brand new outback, he spent half an hour to show me all the main functions in the new car. He never pushed me to buy anything I did not want. I felt the whole buying experience was so enjoyable and pressure free. I will recommend Wilson Yam to all my friends who want to buy a Subaru. More
MIXED REVIEWS - 5 stars for Service NOT the Sales Staff I recently purchased a 2016 Subaru Forester XT. My new car was delivered as promised but I have mixed reviews on how the dealership handled the deli I recently purchased a 2016 Subaru Forester XT. My new car was delivered as promised but I have mixed reviews on how the dealership handled the delivery. My sales representative (which shall remain nameless) walked me through the basics of my car. He was very quick on giving a lesson on the operation of my vehicle. He did not explain the climate control, the maintenance schedule, bluetooth operation, how to set time, where the oil stick and other fluids were located etc. Fast forward several months later where I made a trip back to the dealership to ask the sales staff on how to pair my new iphone and how to adjust time etc … which in my mind/view are not difficult questions. The sales staff that were standing by the front reception area all told me to head to the service department if I had any technical inquires. As I entered the service department, I was greeted by Jeff and Kent. Jeff answered all my questions … he and explained the maintenance schedule and what is involved within each level, gave me a lesson on how to adjust the clock, how to pair the phone and other features. Kent pointed out vital items (oil stick, washer fluid, engine air filter, coolant, brake fluid) underneath the hood. Both Jeff and Kent were extremely professional, and patience to explain the operation and features of my new car. Here is some advice to the personnel who is responsible of operations: 1) sales staff should have product knowledge and should be able to provide answers to customers NOT sending them to a different department(s). 2) like other dealership provide a new car clinic for new owners which will answer any outstanding questions/concerns. Hopefully this review reaches management and improvements are made so future customer do not face the challenges/difficulties More

Talking about negotiating, it was incredible, it has never been easier to lease a vehicle in my 46 years. Highly recommenced this dealership and Jose, Guy and Sal can all be credited with that. new 2016 Subaru Forester I gave the Scarboro a rating of 4 stars as everything went very smoothly. I already knew that I wanted the Forester and I was able to look at all the models that were available that they had. Scarboro Subaru gave me a time of 6-8 weeks for the delivery and they advised me as soon as they knew when the car would be at the dealer (which was a few weeks sooner than I expected). The salesman Jose explained the features of the new car in simple terms as I was a bit excited have it. Jose also said to call him anytime if I had any questions on the features of the car. More

We called him even it is not his work time and he quickly offered us an appointment. After requiring our needs and purposes with the vehicle, he recommended us to make the selection from two kinds of cars. He explained them in details about the features, the performances and the prices as well as the safety. He recommended that we drive on the road to get the real feeling. By comparing the two cars, he helped us to make the final decision to buy the XV CROSSTREK. During the whole period, we got an excellent service with a very friendly manner. He is the best dealer we met. After one month driving, we like the car very much and we do need this kind of vehicle.
