The salesman there bragged about Downtown Subaru and 'talked at me', rather than talking to me. Perhaps he assumed that because I was female I couldn't understand car details. The atmosphere and team at Scarboro Subaru were completely different in a good way. Wilson Yam provided amazing customer service. Great with details, very attentive, very sincere and real integrity. We purchased a Forrester XT with eyesight which is an amazing vehicle, and I'll be happy to travel the extra distance to have it serviced only at Scarboro Subaru. More
