An Excellent Dealership Greetings, For the past two years, my wife, Marilee and I have leased, one 2015 Forester, then after expiry, a more recent model, Subaru Forester 2016 Greetings, For the past two years, my wife, Marilee and I have leased, one 2015 Forester, then after expiry, a more recent model, Subaru Forester 2016, at Scarboro Subaru. Our experience here has been wonderful in all respects. Carmen Vigliatore, Dealer Principal, greeted us warmly and, for both lease agreements, he offered some accommodation on our lease package to reduce our expenditure. Alex Dzyubko, sales agent, has been excellent in all respects. Alex is a friendly professional who ensures complete satisfaction from his customers. Alex stayed late to set up our computer system for bluetooth and patiently explained the operation of the vehicle, for both Forester cars. Alex ensured that all our questions were answered promptly and efficiently. Also, all of our dealings with service personnel have been excellent. Both Foresters had excellent maintenance each time. We were picked up from home and/or taken to the subway by your staff every time efficiently. Very smooth new vehicle purchase. This dealership gave me the best trade in allowance of four Subaru dealers. The salesman was professional in every regard - polite, efficient, prompt This dealership gave me the best trade in allowance of four Subaru dealers. The salesman was professional in every regard - polite, efficient, prompt communicator. The vehicle was ordered and the options I purchased installed. Unfortunately, just before the delivery date Subaru announced a recall on this vehicle's steering, but the new steering column was installed by the dealer within a reasonable time and the extra mileage on my trade in was not contested. The steering wheel is slightly off centre, which was not picked up until I drove home, but the corrective adjustment was offered in the most expedient way possible and I was reassured by the service manager that the safety was not compromised . Although the left of centre steering wheel position drives perfectly straight, it is inconvenient to get this in a new vehicle. More

We spoke with several people along with Stone that day, all of whom were very professional and not high-pressure. After agreeing on a car and a price for a trade-in, we were told delivery would be by mid-June (about a month away). The dealership kept us informed of the progress of the car, its location and the VIN of the vehicle. Unfortunately, they had problems getting the vehicle from the carrier in the last week, but still managed to get it by the expected date. Would have been five stars if the carrier had delivered early! More
