What a pleasure, didn't feel forced at all After trying out several cars we decided on a Subaru Forester. We went to a few dealerships trying to find the 2016 model to take advantage of a rebate, but no success there, everyone was sold out. We did, however, have a great success in finding Scarborough Subaru. Speaking with Nisar, our salesman, on the phone, I felt as though he was truly helping me buy a car rather than trying to get as much advantage for his dealership and sales manager as possible. We did encounter other nice salesman at other dealerships, but the attitude at Scarborough Subaru was very relaxed. The negotiation was very straightforward and honest about costs and profit with none of that five trips to the sales manager crap. We even met two of the owners and they were grateful and sincere in their appreciation of our business. More
