Excellent Customer Service I purchased the 2017 Subaru Outback on my birthday after contemplating which car to get for over a year. After Nic allowed me to test drive the Outbac I purchased the 2017 Subaru Outback on my birthday after contemplating which car to get for over a year. After Nic allowed me to test drive the Outback a few times, I fell in love with the car and purchased it right away. The problem was, I purchased it right before the manufacturer had some issues and I was told the Outback would take another month or so to arrive. Obviously upset because we all did not know this would happen when I purchased the car, I talked to Nic as well as the owner of the dealership. They were both very accommodating and I could tell that customer satisfaction is very important to them. I received my car a little over 2 months later but I am very happy with the customer service I received from the Scarboro Dealership and from Nic, my salesman. Nic also explained every single buttons and technology that my car has so I will have absolutely no problem when I drove it. He was very careful and I could tell he took pride in selling Subaru cars. I really can't appreciate Nic more for all the accommodations he did for me and I am a very happy customer!! My mother even says she wants to buy a Subaru car at this dealership when she wants a new car. Thank you! More

Good experience buying a used car, would recommend I called the dealership after seeing a used Subaru on their lot. Being from Kitchener and I did not want to waste my time driving to Scarborough to p I called the dealership after seeing a used Subaru on their lot. I had a price in mind and wanted a clear answer from the dealership over the phone on if they would accept my offer assuming everything with the car checked out. They were able to give me an answer over the phone so I went to see the car. The staff were friendly and courteous and did not try to play games with me. There were no surprises. When we pick up the car, Stone spent extra time to make sure my wife is really comfortable to know and use all the functions of the car (i.e. Blue tooth, back-up Camera etc.).
