The sales person, Alex Dzyubko, was very knowledgeable, polite, and answered all my questions with honesty and professionalism. He followed up with emails during my waiting period, and when the car finally arrived, we set up an appointment during which he explained all the car features in detail. He also helped me to set up my cell phone using the Bluetooth technology. If you are looking for a Subaru vehicle I recommend Alex to help you out. More

My salesman Alexander Dzyubko recognized that I had done my research on the vehicle and was still able to show me certain nuances of which I was unaware. It was refreshing to not know more about a vehicle than the salesman I was dealing with...as has been my experience with other car dealerships. Alex ensured that I was given time to consider my various options and there was no pressure in "trying to close a sale". This is the fifth Subaru I have owned and have dealt with this dealership for the past 3 Subaru's I have purchased. Each experience has been fair, respectful and to my satisfaction. Guy Vigliatore goes out of his way to ensure that you have been treated with excellence and his professionalism was a refreshing experience. John Manis as usual explained the different financial options and was willing to allow me to make the decision of how I wanted to finance the vehicle. There are dealerships that sell cars and there are dealerships that sell cars and take a genuine interest in the person buying the car.
