After two service visits with no diagnosis, I was frustrated but the Service Manager created a plan to document some areas of the engine with pictures and arrange for my return. On my third visit the issue was found and they went out of their way to address the entire issue and make it as convenient for me as possible. They were happy to quote me a great price on a 2017 Impreza (better than the 3 other dealers I visited) and gave it to me without the need for the typical back-and-forth theatrics that makes car buying so annoying. The deal was so good that I was happy to drive out there, despite living an hour away in Oakville. My salesman, Stone Hu, worked to make sure I got the best financing possible and didn't try to upsell me on a lot of features/extras I didn't want. He took the time to walk me through all the options and ensured that I got the car and the price I wanted.
