We got to meet Carmen Vigliatore (one of the owners) couple times. He was very friendly and nice. Sal Gennuso (the Business Manager) explained to us so patiently about the extended warrantee program. Although we decided not to purchase the program at the end, Sal was very supportive and understanding on our decision. Overall, we had a wonderful purchase experience at Scarboro Subaru. They don't hard sell. They gave us the space and never pressured us to make our purchase quickly. They were fair during the price negotiation. More

Best customer service ever!! Walking in a dealership is a little nerve wracking. He took care of my plates and all the paperwork. In no way was I rushed and all my questions were answered this made me extremely excited and very happy. When picking up the vehicle I was introduced to Francesco who took the time to show me the features in my new outback! I can’t stop smiling and feel like I mattered I just wasn’t another customer. He didn't up sell me any warranties or a higher trim model, he sold me just the car, and respected me as a serious buyer despite being rather young and gullible. He kept me updated on the status of my finance application and the car as soon as he got word. I'm a very particular guy, and he executed all my demands without questioning it and exceeded my expectation for what a sales person should be like. Even when a financial snag happened where I had to refinance the car and switch ownership to a family member because of insurance costs, he was very understanding and didn't hesitate to help our situation. He really did pull through for me, even went the extra mile and kept the same license plate. John Manis is one of the most understanding and kind person I've met. Despite me having very little interaction with him. He really did make me feel like i was cared for at the time I had to reapply for financing under a family members name. I really wish I could've talked to him more during this experience. Carmen Vigliatore really made me feel at home buying my dream car. He was very understanding on my financial position and how hard I worked to achieve this dream. He was really empathetic and managed to really help me financially. His life story is one of the most interesting I've heard. He really is an amazing person not only to work with but to talk to as well. If you're buying a Subaru, don't waste your time anywhere else. After deciding on the specific specs coming to an agreement was easy and hassle free. There were no pressure tactics to sell more than I wanted and Alexander gave us a fair deal without making it painful to negotiate. The whole process was professional and pleasant from start to finish. We took delivery of our vehicle today and after doing the paperwork the delivery specialist took the time to explain all the features of the car and then took us around to meet people in the service and parts departments. Everyone was friendly and I'm looking forward to coming here in the future to get my car serviced. Best car buying experience to date. More
