I went to Scarboro Subaru after looking at Audi Q3 and several other small tSUV's- I spoke with Billy not expecting to make a decision and possibly go back to Downtown Subaru as it is slightly closer to me in the Beaches. Billy was very helpful, interested ( but not pushy) and informative. He answered all of my questions immediately and I was able to make a decision to stay with the Subaru Crostrek as the 2019 model he had available answered the shortcomings of my 2014 Crostrek-( loud highway driving, screen for GPS and back up camera) and more! I was not expecting to make a decision that day but with all of my questions, concerns and budget considerations answered - it was an easy choice.
