I worked with Alexander on a lease of a new Forester. He was helpful and professional despite the long wait for the vehicle to arrive. I don’t blame Alexander (or the dealership) for this long wait time. Manufacturing issues in Japan, the COVID pandemic and the ongoing microprocessor shortage made for a very long wait (6 months). When the vehicle finally arrived Alexander came in on his day off to help ensure the delivery process went smoothly. He even helped explain the car’s features and made sure I understood how everything worked. My only feedback is I would like to see the paperwork and trade-in process streamlined, but I’m sure that will come in time. I really love the Forester and would likely lease one again in the future from this dealership. More
