If you wander into the Scarboro Subaru or plan a visit to the dealership, you are immediately welcomed by a very friendly and attentive receptionist. We didn't have to wait very long (only about a minute!) when she introduced us to Nic. Now he is the man to see! His knowledge, confidence and passion for Subaru makes you feel confident that you are buying the right type of vehicle. The most important thing we liked about Nic was his approach and style with his customers. We have had experiences in the past with lots of salesmen and we were pleasantly surprised at Nic's professionalism. He proved that you don't need to be aggressive or pushy to make a sale. Nic is outstanding and really contributed to our decision to make a purchase. He answered all of our questions (not just at the time of the sale, but afterwards as well), was receptive to giving us the best price and shared some of his own experiences with his ownership of a Subaru. When we picked up our new vehicle we were also introduced to the general manager, who was very friendly and personable. The bonuses from Scarboro Subaru are also great. We received a three year CAA/AAA membership, a rebate on our VERY VERY old car and a few other perks. Overall, a terrific experience. We will definitely return to Scarboro Subaru as well as recommend it to all of our friends. More

Couldn't be happier! I actually went to two different Subaru dealerships in search for a 2015 STi, but will refrain from naming the other. Where one dealership insisted that the wait time was 6+ months and that any dealership that told me otherwise was lying, Stone at Scarboro Subaru was knowledgeable, friendly, honest and up front from the beginning and got me in a brand new 2015 STi in 43 days, just in time for my birthday. I'm not saying that customers should expect this type of turnaround from this dealership or Sales Rep, but what I am saying is that it was definitely refreshing to deal with someone who always returned my calls, never lied to me because it was what I wanted to hear and who was willing to go the extra mile and make sure my new car was ready for me on my birthday. If you're in the market for a Subaru, I can't recommend Stone Hu at Scarboro Subaru enough. More
