The sales experience was of no pressure and we made our decision shortly after. Being high demand cars, don't expect to get a much better price than posted. I did have to wait one month before my car is delivered, however Stone has kept me in the loop on the progress which is appreciated. Stone is definitely recommended! More

Unfortunately, the senior mechanic, Serge, found a major problem which drove the cost of the service up by a significant amount. Jeff, the service advisor, noticed that I was extremely upset, and he immediately did everything he could to help. He spoke to the manager and convinced him to allow me to take advantage of a promotion that had expired a short time ago, and I ended up saving almost $500. I am so impressed with how kind and compassionate Jeff was. Most importantly, I appreciate how honest he and Serge were. They could have lied and told my father that the car was not worth fixing, knowing that my father would have gone ahead and bought a new car from them. I have just bought myself an above-average car for a price which does not reveal its advanced technology. Stability and handling are excellent, and although I've only driven the car a few times, the 'high-tech' features are revealing themselves to be well worth having! Very soon, all cars will be equipped this way, but you can have these advantages with a Subaru right now, and at a price many manufacturers can only dream about! I have a technical background, some of this equipment is easier for me to understand than the average person.
