We chose Scarboro Subaru where I bought a new Forester in 2000 because we had a great experience with them back then. This time we found the dealer had an excellent selection of used vehicles to choose from. Jose took us to look at all of them, and explained the pros and cons (are there cons in a Subaru?) clearly to us. We went for a test drive and decided on a purchase. We needed the dealer to hold the car for us while we went on a pre-scheduled trip and they did this willingly. They had the vehicle ready for us, walked us through all the steps carefully to be sure we were insured, etc. and then Jose took time to go over the car, the instrument panel and the blu-tooth system. He even programmed it for us and tweaked it to work perfectly. I would tell anyone to go to this dealer, and when you go, ask for Jose! More

He is very knowledged and very professional, and he never push/rush person, he is very honest and it is pleasant to talk to him. He helped to compare the pros/cons with other SUV (we had two other brands in our candidate list), his professional but like a friend. The price is very reasonable as well. Even after the car is sold, the post-sale service is great too. Wilson spent lot of time to introduce all functions keys/switches to me to ensure I understood all before I drove it home.
