Perry is great for a first time buyer because he is very honest, totally down to earth, and explains things patiently in accessible terms. He made me feel at ease, and spoke to me like an equal. He booked a follow up appointment, and was very accommodating during my test drive. When I made my purchase, he put a bow on my car, took a photo of me and my mom with the car, and spent extra time making sure I thoroughly understood the car. His attention to detail and warm demeanour made this experience feel very special and secure for me. For a young woman buying her first car, I tend to feel manipulated or patronized in these types of experiences. Perry truly stood out because of his humility, kindness, and honesty. More

They do not properly book, so you show up for an appointment they say was never put in system, they never update you when your car is there, they dont accommodate or care about the clients and it is obvious. Scarboro is 1000000% the opposite to Durham. This is how a dealership should be run! Thank you Scarboro Kia, I promise to only come there for future work. More

Perry made it easy! My fiancee and I were looking to replace our aging old Volvo, and had our eyes on a new Kia Soul. We popped into Scarboro Kia on a Saturday and met with Perry. He was awesome! He answered all our questions and showed us all the features and differences between the two models we were considering. We needed some time to think things over, but eventually emailed Perry with some more questions and he replied promptly and was super helpful. We eventually made our decision to lease a 2016 Soul EX+, and Perry made it as easy and seamless as possible. When we're ready to upgrade, we'll definitely be going back!
