Although to my surprise I was EXTREAMLY Impressed with the Selection, Quality, Features and Value being manufactured and offered about the Salesman. I was looking to buy a car for my wife, and ended up buying a KIA Forte from Scarboro Kia; and I’m sure the main (if not only) reason we did was because of the Sales Person Raj. His demeanor from introduction was one of; “How Can I Help You to Make (and have) a Car Buying Experience that YOU will Not Regret.” He asked about our budget, listened to our needs, understood our wants and then tailored an offer to match our requirements, leaving us to determine if his recommendation and offer met with our criteria for choosing and buying a car. During the interactions, Raj also displayed his honest care for individuals as we conversed on matters other than buying a car. His desire to help others obviously transcends car sales and that makes him a salesman with conscience, a rare commodity, yet necessary for a positive recommendation. If (or when) you are thinking of purchasing a car, I strongly suggest you include Raj (at Scarboro KIA) in the short list you compile, and I expect you will have a similar experience. More

What an experience! My husband and I bought our first car on May 25, we booked a test drive in the 2013 Rio 5dr and fell in love. When we got back to the dealer after the test drive we let Seth know that we are still going to have to think things through and check out other options as this is a huge step for us as it is our first car. He completely understands were we are coming from and asked us if we needed a drive home.
